FOOD OPTIONS
- Sandwiches/sandwich supplies (stop by HEB/deli on the way up or on Thursday)
- Granola/food bars, jerky
- Salads (egg salad, potato salad, whatever keeps fine)
- Ramens/heatable foods
- Sufficient food/snacks for a couple days without necessitating more purchases, or restaurant visits
LIVIE TO-DO :
- Pack no later than Thursday afternoon, bags ready (besides what is needed Fri morning) by Thur 11pm
- Take picture log of EVERY item + bag brought to con, for itemary list + proof of ownership/record of item appearance in case any items are lost

SCHEDULE
Planning on some events, leaving others up to the day-to-day mood, leaving open-ended to allow meeting with/time with friends & mutuals at the con, if encountered

--FRIDAY
-Arrival at CON VENUE around 10:00am for Registration to entry
Livie arrives and registers, Dad finds a nearby cafe/lobby/good area to work remotely from until off, then free to arrive. Either Dad keeps the car, or Livie runs back with it.
-Livie attends OPENING CEREMONY 11am, SONIC UNLEASHED panel 2p
-Signed up for CROSSWORLDS TOURNEY 3pm-6pm, might have match Fri or Sat
-After some events are enjoyed/venue toured, take a break from the con sometime to get to the hotel + have dinner
-If desired, stop by the expo rave ~8p, or return to the con for the game hall
--SATURDAY
-Con events start 11am; before then, wake, get ready for the day, have breakfast, perhaps do a tour drive/walk of the local area as time and interest permits
11am VA Q&A at main stage
-12pm sketchbook swap with OCs, might make
If not browsed yesterday, will browse the EXHIBITION HALL and ART GALLERY
-Fan Annual panel at 2pm-3pm (in panel room 2), friend Hagus will be present
-Aim to make the SKETCHBOOK SWAP around 3p?
-Potentially Crossworlds tourney spectate
-Optionally make the vtuber concert or star garden finals 5p-6p
-Optionally investigate Revo Toons Live 6p-7p
-After this point, the only thing available is the game room (the concert is sold out)
--SUNDAY
-Final day at con. Check-out is 11am, before con events really start; should pack and move belongings to car before then.
-12p sonic R speedrun panel
-1p-3p cosplay contest, want to view or spectate
-Maybe 3p 5-min art challenge, OR the D&D oneshot panel at the same timestart
-Spectate sonic riders tourney 4p
Closing ceremonies at 5pm. Drive back home when finished in the area; use any remaining time/energy after this for any remaining interesting locations/touring.
EVERYDAY PLANS
-Take break for lunch between ~11am-3pm each day (around panel plans & openings), or at least a snack.
-Keep water on hand or easily available during the day, remember to hydrate every hour or so (Livie will use white tumbler)
-Depending on events, have dinner between ~6pm-10pm
-Have at least a light breakfast every day
-No planned curfew, just getting ready for bed at minimum ~7 hours before a planned wake time
ADDRESS BOOK

-Travel time between HOME and CON: roughly 1hr
-Travel time between HOTEL and CON: projected ~10-15min?

LOOSE PLANS / POSSIBILITIES
I'm aware of at least a couple mutuals / friends who will be present at the con; would like to be able to meet up with them at some point during the 3 days and make sure they can get a sticker.
Will make time to go by the Fan Annual Panel (Sat 2-3pm), friend Hagus will be there speaking, will meet up & pass a sticker up, would like to speak with some freedom after panel/when Hagus is free
Want to visit the art gallery at least once across the three days and see everything that's up, would like to take pictures with favorite artworks
Want to go by the gaming room at least once across the days; Tournaments are available for some games, unsure how that's set up or if it's too late to register, at least will enjoy viewing
Want some wiggle room to hang with friends, depending on who's there / how much time they have
Might need cooldown time away from crowds every so often; should figure out, while together & event is less crowded, where to meet up if we separate, or where I am likely to go to cool down
